I think my point is valid? @ZJKaplan my experience is that buyers are rational. If you don't believe knowing the multiples co's will pay is valuable info, ignore it. @ZJKaplan their bid strategy makes clear they had an upper limit to their willingness to buy - a surprisingly low multiple from a media co.Interesting that Ziff Davis values Gawker at no more than about 2x revenues. https://t.co/MkW98L1gzS
