Computers and wifi would be available so people could apply for jobs or do school work.It would have to be open overnight during the winter months to provide a warm place for those without shelter.The food would be free during off hours so the poor and hungry could enjoy, too.If I won the lottery, I'd buy one of those newly designed McDonald's, complete with a Coke Freestyle machine.
