我们先暂时抛开TikTok事件中强取豪夺和中美脱钩的一面,单说无论是数据威权式政府(中国)还是霸权式民主政府(美国),面对头条的分发算法都产生了一封了事的念头(前者内涵段子、后者是TikTok)。其实欧洲做的更提前,用GDPR断绝了类似算法的实践。这其实是未来之战,影响会很深远。
